What the customer needed

The client needed to track training and certifications across an internal team and external/field-based staff — including drivers — and to know when certificates were approaching expiry before it became a compliance problem.

How we designed it

We designed around two very different audiences from day one: office-based staff managing records centrally, and field-based staff who need to view and share their own credentials while out on the road. That meant the system had to feel equally at home on a desktop and a phone.
