What the customer needed

The client was running projects across spreadsheets, email threads and ad-hoc trackers. Work was getting lost between teams, status updates depended on someone remembering to chase, and there was no single view of where anything actually stood.

How we designed it

Rather than starting from a generic project management template, we mapped the client's real workflow first — how a piece of work moves from initial request through to delivery, who needs visibility at each stage, and where the existing process was creating bottlenecks. The system was then designed around that specific process.
