What the customer needed
The client's existing process really only tracked holidays. Sickness, absence patterns and the alerts that should accompany them were all being handled manually — which made it difficult for managers and HR to spot issues early.
How we designed it
We looked at the full picture of what the client actually needed to track — not just time off, but absence trends, return-to-work processes and the alerts that matter to HR and line managers — and designed a single system that brought all of it together.
