Rendered as a single full-page SPFx web part rather than a stack of stock SharePoint parts, so the whole page is one coherent layout instead of a grid of boxes.
Every colour, radius and spacing value comes from a SCSS design token layer — which is what makes the light and dark themes a single switch rather than two stylesheets.
Quick access tiles, department hubs and the forms library are all data-driven, so the page changes with the lists behind it and never needs re-deploying.
The layout collapses to a single column on phone, keeping the same components rather than serving a cut-down mobile page.
