Introducing Innova Group: Four Divisions, One Shared Purpose

Most businesses don't have a single technology problem — they have a handful of different ones, each needing a different kind of expertise. Day-to-day IT support is a different skill from building a custom business application. Planning a cloud migration is a different job from running a security assessment. Treating all of it as one generic 'IT' service tends to mean something gets the leftover attention.

That's the thinking behind Innova Group. Rather than being one company that tries to do everything, we're four specialist divisions — InnovaSystems, InnovaWorks, InnovaCloud and InnovaSecure — each focused on doing one part of that job properly, and working together where the work overlaps.

InnovaSystems looks after the day-to-day: managed IT support, infrastructure and Microsoft 365 administration, keeping the basics secure, stable and supported. InnovaWorks builds the custom applications, automations and Power Platform solutions that replace the spreadsheets and workarounds slowing teams down. InnovaCloud designs and manages the Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud infrastructure that everything else increasingly runs on. And InnovaSecure focuses on the side that's easy to put off — security assessments, risk and compliance, Cyber Essentials readiness and the awareness training that helps a team become its own first line of defence.

The result, we hope, is straightforward: whichever part of your technology is causing friction, there's a team within the group whose entire focus is that exact problem — backed by the others when the work crosses over. That's what 'stronger together' means to us in practice, not just as a tagline.
